In Karavostassi on the Greek island of Folegandros, in a Cycladic landscape with uncultivated beauty and severe morphological lines lies Anemi hotel. The complex debouches mildly on 8000 m2 piece of land embraced with hills, maintaining unobstructed sea view. It has 12 buildings and their design is entirely modulated and united with the scenery. Every building is unique, while consolidating parallel the general foundation design of the complex, using materials and colours that reverence the natural beauty of the island
The rooms and suites were designed to provide the feeling of a private residence, comfortable and remarkable from the inside as well as the outside. The setting of the buildings allows the creation of a patio with pergolas and some with private swimming pools. The modern approach in design and the fresh touch of room decoration emphasize the signature of the architect’s philosophy.
At the center of the complex one can find two large swimming pools while the surrounding area is styled with pergolas which epitomize the public area and its facilities.
The consequences of starting the project from the construction until the finishing details in combination with the high standards of service makes ‘Anemi’, an extremely desirable totality in the Cyclades.
